As you can probably imagine, this list was far more difficult to construct than any of my previous lists (Top 10 Teaser Trailers, Top 15 Trailer Remixes, Top 15 Trailer Mash-ups, etc.). But I did my best, and hopefully you’ll enjoy.
My criteria for this list was simple: What are the best movie trailers ever made, regardless of if the actual movie wasn’t that great (as was the case for #13 and #1), or if the trailer gave away far too much of the plot (as was the case for #16)? In other words, each trailer was judged as a stand-alone project.
Since everyone has their own favorite movie trailers, I’m sure that there will be plenty of disagreement with my selections. But as always, I just ask that you provide a link to the trailers that you think I missed (which you can do here). Or better yet, upload them to the site (which you can do here).
